Job Description

A Key Leadership Role in Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our project management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project implementation, executing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
  • Presentation of project statuses to executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective client communications and manage expectations.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in dedicated project management roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce and Hubspot.
