We are looking for a skilled Operations Director to lead our team. As an expert in operational management, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operations in fast-paced environments and possess strong leadership skills. You will coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Experience Ownership: Take ownership of the customer experience from project booking to handover, ensuring that all needs are met and exceeded.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues and resolve them within committed timeframes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Operations Leads and empower them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in operational management, preferably in startups or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of people management, with direct team reporting experience required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
