Senior Operations Director

The company is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Director to lead the terminal's operations, driving long-term strategic growth while ensuring high safety standards.
This position requires an experienced and visionary professional with 25+ years of experience in the Hydrocarbon/Petrochemical industry, holding key roles such as Unit Head or Second Line of Unit Head for medium-sized units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, increasing terminal throughput, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs.
- Leading and directing a team of professionals, guiding maintenance plans, and reviewing annual budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Ensuring completion of projects on time and within budget, guiding marketing, logistics, and material procurement plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Investing in building people capabilities and competencies across all functions and disciplines.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory norms and establishing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Health, Safety, Environment, and Facility (HSEF) systems to achieve sustainable operation with best-in-class performance.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal relationships, man management, and decision-making skills.
