- Tracks team performance using data quality KPIs and provides actionable feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets complex data related to quality control processes, utilizing tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generates comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identifies and addresses quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborates with Process Excellence and data creation teams to implement best quality practices in mapping operations, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Provides regular updates to senior management on team performance and process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
