Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The role of Senior Quality Assurance Manager is to oversee the quality assurance process during software development. This involves creating test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and monitoring metrics.
This position requires strong leadership abilities to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and collaborate across functions.
Key Responsibilities- Define test scope and plans to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Set testing metrics and manage test effort to assess quality and calculate resources required.
- Develop automation frameworks using scalable tools like Selenium and BDD frameworks.
- Monitor test execution and progress to ensure timely delivery and coordinate smoke tests during peak periods.
A strong analytical skillset for identifying defects, tracking metrics, and interpreting big-data testing results is essential.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and Jenkins is desired.
Proficiency in software QA methodologies and tools, as well as experience using test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira), are necessary.
Effective communication and collaboration skills are also required to work with cross-functional teams.
