Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced QA professional to ensure seamless functionality across our ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and iPaaS integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive test plans for key business processes in ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and iPaaS.
    • Execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations.
  • Integration Testing:
    • Verify real-time data syncs between systems.
    • Debug API failures and audit error logs.
  • Defect Management:
    • Log defects in defect tracking tools, including steps to reproduce and screenshots/api payloads.
    • Track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
  • Automation & Tools:
    • Build scripts for regression testing using Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright.
    • Leverage ERP's scripting capabilities and iPaaS debugger for custom test validations.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in data handling.
    • Maintain QA documentation for test cases and runbooks.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong expertise in ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as CRM, eCommerce, or iPaaS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with testing tools like Postman/Swagger, Selenium/Playwright, and defect tracking tools.
  • Platform-Specific Knowledge: ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and iPaaS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and be proactive in flagging risks before production deploys.
