
Executive Lead for Pipeline Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline across multiple channels.
- Lead the SDR team, ensuring efficient outbound messaging and cadence, and scale inbound via SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, and webinars.
- Partner with Content and ABM teams to deliver campaign assets that convert, and set, track, and report on pipeline contribution goals (MQL → SQL → Meeting).
- Optimize campaigns using a data-driven approach to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Ideal Background:
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Enterprise demand gen.
- Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and building outbound/inbound engines.
- Experience managing SDRs and multi-channel demand programs.
