We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead customer acquisition through our referral program. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive growth and expand our user base.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our referral marketing program, reducing overall costs while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive referral program strategy, leveraging data analytics and A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless app experiences, improving conversion rates and reducing churn.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for growth, informing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage in referral programs.
  • Design and implement personalized communication campaigns to boost engagement and click-through rates.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in large-scale growth operations, with a focus on referrals.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing budgets in referral programs.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and messaging tools.
  • Passionate about customer insight mining, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.
