Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Acquisition Specialist to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive business growth.

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in insurance or e-commerce categories, with a proven track record of at least 5 years leading performance marketing capabilities, including customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • A deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong project management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in environments that celebrate co-creation and collaboration.
  • High resilience, able to manage yourself, your teams, and your peers when faced with ambiguity or failure.

Required Skills:

  • At least a Master's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
