Main Responsibilities:

- Provide crucial support to customers and colleagues in our contact centres.">
- Respond to and investigate queries, provide support on business processes, policies, and procedures, and develop an understanding of customer and business needs to suggest improvements and increase efficiency.">
- Identify barriers to performance and coordinate improvements to enhance efficiency.">
- Work closely with operational centres, providing coaching and support to increase efficiency and knowledge.">
- Keep accurate records of day-to-day operations, log incidents, and identify trends.">
- Review manual or ineffective processes which could be automated or enhanced.">
- Maintain a focus on improving our customer service and experiences.">
The Ideal Candidate:
">- ">
- Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, along with good attention to detail.">
- Should be able to perform well under pressure and be confident in their ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout.">
- Have experience of analyzing and using performance data.">
- Be a fresh graduate (2023 or 2024) with a degree in B.com, BA, BBA, B.Sc Non-IT, Mass Comm or Journalism.">
- Be able to convey information in a simple and understandable way.">
- Have an understanding of contact Centre operations and performance metrics.">
- Have Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.">
