Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
We are seeking a driven and ambitious intern to join our talent acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles.
Your primary goal will be to drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with efficiency and speed. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking. You will also ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate data in the ATS.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related field
- 0-6 months of recruitment experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
