Talent Acquisition Leader
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to lead our recruiting team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of recruiters to support multiple locations.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Help build a highly performing team that meets all talent acquisition goals by leveraging diverse candidate pools and expediting the recruitment process.
- Performance Management: Address employee performance issues and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare HR metrics reports on a biweekly basis and present findings to talent acquisition management.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure timely fulfillment of requisitions.
- Culture and Partnerships: Develop a deep understanding of the company's culture and talent acquisition strategy, and partner with HR to establish strong working relationships.
- Process Improvement: Establish team performance goals and develop plans to identify and drive productivity improvements.
- Special Projects: Lead cross-functional special projects related to talent acquisition.
- Recruitment Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of recruitment advertising efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualification Requirements:
- Supervisory Experience: 2+ years supervising employees in the Recruiting function.
- Recruiting Industry Experience: 5+ years of Recruiting industry experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and an upbeat attitude when approaching challenges.
