Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead and scale our recruitment strategy for a fast-growing organization.

This role will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, build strong employer branding, and ensure we attract top talent across various functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, technology sectors. They should also have strong knowledge of HR systems, recruitment analytics, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the business goals, leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages, and partnering with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns and digital branding initiatives.

Bonus points for those with experience in scaling hiring operations, niche talent attraction, and advanced ATS system implementation.
