Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, utilizing social platforms and professional networks strategically.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System, streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events, promoting our organization's brand and values.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, establishing trust and credibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bulk & Volume hiring experience mandatory, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks, allowing for effective sourcing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods, ensuring a comprehensive approach.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), streamlining the recruitment process and improving efficiency.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations, enabling informed talent decisions.
