The Assistant Manager Cross Border Payments role involves driving business development and sales across international markets, leveraging industry connections to generate leads, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
This is a dynamic position that requires strategic thinking, innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure relationships with cross-border clients across regions, including the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC.
- Develop and execute a robust cross-border sales strategy, aligning with regional market needs and regulations.
- Engage with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant entities to promote cash flow payment solutions.
- Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives across primary geographies.
- Develop compelling value propositions for cash flow payment solutions, tailored to meet global compliance and regulatory standards.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract development, ensuring favorable terms that support client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-border sales activities and seamless client onboarding.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
- Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships.
- Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
- Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
