Job Summary:

Global Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in international markets, specifically targeting sales in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Russia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective clients for spices, processed food, and agri-products in high-growth regions such as the Middle East, Russia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Australia.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with distributors and clients to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate trade exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA with a strong background in international business, preferably in the food/spices/condiments category.
  • Ability to identify and appoint channel partners in targeted locations to facilitate smooth sales and product acceptance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations is essential.
