Job Description
\As a Territory Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our business presence in the assigned territory.
\Key responsibilities include:
\- Strategic distributor management to ensure optimal distribution and visibility of company products.\
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.\
- Appointment of Company Distributors (CD) and Super Stockists (SS) to enhance market reach.\
- Assessing and managing fund requirements to achieve targeted business volumes.\
- Ensuring distributors have necessary infrastructure to meet sales targets.
Driving Sales
\As a Territory Business Manager, your key performance indicators will include:
\- Setting and monitoring CD/ID-wise sales targets and planning.\
- Managing stock allocation and billing per distributor requirements.\
- Conducting market intelligence and providing structured feedback on competitor activities.\
- Identifying new business opportunities for sales growth.\
- Leading regular sales reviews and performance analysis.
Workforce Management
\Your responsibility as a Territory Business Manager includes:
\- Building and leading a high-performing team through structured recruitment, induction, and onboarding.\
- Guiding, motivating, and developing the sales team to meet targets and improve performance.\
- Conducting regular performance reviews and aligning team efforts with business goals.\
- Ensuring adherence to all sales policies and SOPs across the area.\
- Providing training and continuous development to the sales team.
Brand Building & Business Development
\As a Territory Business Manager, your strategic initiatives will focus on:
\- Planning and executing Below-The-Line marketing activities in the assigned area.\
