Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and lead the execution of the HR technology and digitization plan aligned with the overall HR and business strategy.
  • Project Management: Lead the successful delivery of large and complex HR digitization projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay abreast of HR technology trends and explore new thinking to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Change Management and Collaboration: Collaborate with HR COEs and drive change management to ensure the smooth adoption of digital HR solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Understand and analyze HR Data, identifying process digitization needs, analytical outcomes, and visualization requirements.
  • Innovation and Advanced Analytics: Build new KPIs and Data Models for Advanced Analytics Use Cases.

Requirements:

  • 10 - 12 years of experience in HR technology and digitalization.
  • Experience in leading at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for hire to retire processes.
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of people and organization structure design and processes related to Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Employee Survey, Grievance Management, and Employee Helpdesk.
  • Exposure to other leading cloud-based HRMS products and a very good understanding of HRMS data structure.
  • Full-cycle implementation knowledge of Data Warehousing or BI solutions using HR data from key cloud-based HRMS solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing large and complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, encompassing preparation of Business Case, preparation of Project Plan, Requirement gathering, Testing, Deployment, Project monitoring, and governance.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of project management, financial management, and budgeting.
