Territory Development Specialist

Job Overview:


This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive organizational growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging strong relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new ones.


Main Responsibilities:
  • IDentification and acquisition of cross-sell SME customers within designated segments
  • Meet or exceed targets for new customer acquisitions each month by analyzing the transaction banking needs of customers
  • Provide regular feedback to regional managers on potential opportunities and customer requirements, ensuring adherence to established sales guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Evaluate sourcing quality in accordance with bank standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree: Any bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5-10 years experience in SME lending
