Job Overview

Yethi Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in the BFSI sector. This role is based in Bengaluru, India and requires full-time work from our office.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in the IT and technology sector within the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels like job portals, social media, networking sites, and referrals to attract and source qualified candidates with a focus on IT roles in the BFSI sector.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and handle offer extensions.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends in the BFSI domain, specifically related to IT roles, salary benchmarks, and market demands.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT technical recruitment, preferably in the BFSI domain.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, especially in the BFSI sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
    • Proficiency with recruitment tools like Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, indeed, etc.
    • Experience with ATS systems.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from ₹12,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
