Key Responsibilities:
· Talent Acquisition: Source and screen Doctors, Nurses, and Allied HealthTech professionals for international recruitment.
· Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including documentation, visa procedures, and licensing requirements.
· Client Collaboration: Understand client needs to match the right talent for their requirements.
· Pipeline Management: Maintain a database of qualified candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Market Insights: Stay updated on trends in global healthcare recruitment and licensing requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or international recruitment sector.
· Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in international roles.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
