The goal of a Store Manager is to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets across all products. To accomplish this, the manager must execute marketing promotions, maintain store displays, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Total Net Promoter Score (TNPS) and equivalent (EQ) goals
  • Deliver revenue targets for the store by increasing revenue per footfall through effective customer purchase decisions
  • Drive sales of all products, including voice-post-paid/prepaid, data, value-added services (VAS), handsets, and more
  • Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through the store
  • Achieve Return on Investment (RoI) targets for the store while minimizing losses from pilferage and shrinkage
  • Manage higher retention and customer satisfaction for walk-in customers
  • Adhere to store processes in terms of documentation and systems
  • Maintain store infrastructure and upkeep
  • Ensure availability of stock at the store while adhering to norms
  • Place products appropriately and display them effectively
