About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our fast-paced team.

  • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic financial planning, team leadership, and process improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • CA/MBA (Fin) degree
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
