Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Drive strategic decision-making with our EPM Cloud solutions. Collaborate with finance teams to deliver scalable, high-performing applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, and consolidation to support informed financial decisions.
  • Design and configure EPBCS modules to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, and Custom applications.
  • Implement and maintain FCCS for efficient financial close, consolidation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop business rules, dashboards, Smart View templates, and financial reports to provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage data integrations using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent to ensure seamless data flow and minimize errors.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and financial close cycles to ensure timely completion and accurate results.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of EPM applications to ensure they meet the required standards and efficiency levels.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS and FCCS.
  • A strong understanding of FP&A, consolidation, and reporting processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Web Studio is required.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
