Senior Oracle EPM Planning Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EPM Planning Engineer to spearhead the development and delivery of planning solutions across various business functions.

  • Design, configure, and implement planning solutions for Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure EPBCS applications for advanced budgeting and forecasting requirements.
  • Design and implement calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support financial planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specs, test scripts.
  • Ensure seamless integrations with ERP and EPM systems through Data Management and OIC.
  • Deliver high-quality planning applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Provide production support for planning applications, addressing performance and accuracy issues.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of Oracle EPM experience with at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, or Long-Range Planning modules.
  • Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
  • Good understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
  • Familiarity with ERP/EPM integration flows and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to support business stakeholders effectively.
