FP&A Analyst Job Description

The role of FP&A Analyst involves providing comprehensive and timely financial reporting to support the organization's strategic decision-making processes.

  • Prepare monthly management reports and schedules, including key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to develop annual budgets and quarterly projections, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support ad-hoc accounting and reporting needs, leveraging expertise in Excel and other business intelligence tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with AI-powered tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
