Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals in financial planning
  • Develop a strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers to provide guidance and support to stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute long-term financial plans
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including quarterly earnings and board presentations
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives

Key Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven ability to manage a team of 30+ FTEs
  • Excellent knowledge of current regulations, including IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Good knowledge of core financial systems and general accounting procedures
  • A committed and valued leader with advanced computer skills
