
Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Leader to play a key role in driving our organizational success.
- The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs and promote effective communication among employees.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to identify top talent and ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting a respectful work environment and addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs.
- Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
Competitive salary package: INR 3,60,000/- to INR 8,00,000/-(Gross)
