We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with expertise in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. They will be responsible for developing and executing plans to attract and retain top talent, as well as providing guidance and support to hiring managers and the recruitment team.
About the Role- Talent Acquisition: Own the TA function, mentor and coach the TA team, set hiring targets based on business plans, review hiring status, publish reports, and lead client connect calls.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of service.
- Offer Negotiation and Extension: Finalize offers, negotiate salaries, and extend offers within pay bands.
- Hiring Process Oversight: Oversee the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Training and Development: Guide and mentor HR Managers and TA teams on trainee hiring, oversee the trainee hiring process, and bulk hiring processes.
- Proven Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a lead/manager role.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, team management skills, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities, and international recruitment experience.
