Enterprise Talent Coordination Specialist

Cullerton Group is seeking a skilled Enterprise Talent Coordination Specialist to oversee the day-to-day coordination of an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with VMS platforms and ATS software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with VMS teams on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates (must-have skills, rate, location, notice period); run brief skills checks when required.
  • Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.
KPIs:
  • SLA adherence (submission turnaround, time-to-schedule).
  • Submission quality (return/rejection rate) and audit accuracy.
  • Pipeline velocity (submittal→interview→offer) and stakeholder satisfaction.
