
Leading Talent Acquisition Strategist

The role of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is to lead the talent acquisition strategy for our foreign university's campuses in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers, business heads, and university leadership to design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles.
- Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
- Employer Branding & Job Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening the employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with people managers and leadership to support the people agenda—fostering collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
- Proven track record of building high performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
