Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a full-time remote position, this role offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work with a variety of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from support tickets and wholesale customers, providing timely solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and manage successful crowdfunding campaigns, utilizing creative strategies and analytical skills to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Carry out sales and business development tasks as directed, including prospecting new leads, building relationships with existing customers, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure consistent, detail-oriented communication and follow-through on all customer interactions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, working closely with the publisher to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks Online for financial management and accounting.
  • Google Suite for productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Teamwork.com for project management and task assignment.
  • Adobe Acrobat Sign for electronic signatures and document management.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Inventory management tools (SKU Vault) for supply chain management and order fulfillment.
  • Shipstation for shipping and logistics management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Resilient, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.
