
HR and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of HR & Sales Coordinator. This position will be responsible for providing support to both the human resources and sales teams.
Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads on various platforms and screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and conduct initial onboarding for new hires.
- HR Administration:
- Manage HR-related documentation, including attendance records and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing HR reports as required by management.
- Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Sales Coordination Support:
- Support sales administration tasks, including preparing and processing sales orders and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records within the CRM system.
- Track sales progress and assist in preparing sales performance reports.
- Customer & Team Support:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Education: B.A., M.B.A/PGDM, or M.Com.
