We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR support professional to assist in managing various human resources functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and play a vital role in shaping the workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups), coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
- HR Operations & Generalist Tasks: Maintain employee records and HRIS databases, draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communication, support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination, assist in compliance-related documentation.
- Employee Engagement & Events: Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations, create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture, collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
- Internal Communication & PR: Help manage the company's internal communication channels, support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives, liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
- Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized.
- Willingness to work a flexible shift.
