Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and maintaining HR information systems.

Daily tasks include coordinating HR activities, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs to ensure fairness and equity
  • Manage HR databases and reports to inform business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
