Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and build a strong employer brand.
  • People & Culture: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture, design employee engagement programs, and develop onboarding experiences.
  • Performance & Growth: Define key performance indicators, review cycles, and learning goals, drive performance appraisals, and recommend training programs.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR policies, manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records, and handle conflict resolution effectively.

Requirements:

  • A results-driven, process-oriented HR professional who excels in a dynamic environment.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive with a customer-centric approach.
