Job Title: Human Resources Manager
A dynamic HR Manager is required to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring top talent, ensuring the best fit for our organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals and providing guidance on employee development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits and HR policies in a professional and timely manner.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, training programs and performance incentives.
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
