Senior HR Executive
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company and completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work culture.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in HR software/systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team for accurate and timely payroll processing by providing necessary HR inputs.
