Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Nasik (Work from Office mandatory)

Time: Monday to Friday 7 PM to 3.30 AM (Night shift) (Saturday and Sunday fix off)

Job Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding for US-based hires, ensuring compliance with US labor laws, handling documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding for W2, C2C, and 1099 hires
  • Verify documents (I-9, W-4, E-Verify, background checks)
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding kits
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems
  • Communicate with US recruiters and consultants
  • Other Miscellaneous HR responsibilities

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Hands on Experience on MS office tools like Word and Excel

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation (Post Graduation will be preferred)
  • 0–5 years of experience in HR operations
