Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Purchase Manager to oversee our procurement activities, ensuring seamless inventory management and optimal logistics costs.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of purchase operations, strategies, and best practices, with expertise in negotiation techniques, vendor management, and inventory control systems.

A strong analytical mind, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in using procurement software and systems like SAP, Oracle, ERP, Tally etc., is also required.

Additionally, relevant certification in procurement or supply chain management and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools are highly valued.

A good understanding of the local market and language is necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Any Degree with 4-6 years experience in procurement activities in manufacturing industry and dealt with import and export activities.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize logistics costs and improve efficiency.

Manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure efficient store operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to finished goods, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

Relevant certification in procurement or supply chain management.

Proficiency in using procurement software and systems like SAP, Oracle, ERP, Tally etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of the local market and language.
