Job Title: Senior Collections Manager

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets through vendor and team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze agency performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on collection efficiency and portfolio coverage.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and team training.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, problem-solving, and planning with external vendors and teams.
  • Drive productivity by ensuring maximum case visits by field executives.
  • Develop and motivate staff to enhance collection quality and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve service-related issues effectively.
