Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish.

You will be working closely with customers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues and ensure timely payment. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily wire and lockbox reports to ensure accurate cash application.
  • Reviewing assigned broker accounts and addressing open items via phone or email.
  • Notifying brokers of delinquent balances via monthly statements and following up throughout the month.
  • Obtaining supporting documentation from brokers and/or underwriting to resolve open balances or discrepancies.
  • Providing regular updates to management on large, outstanding items.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in B.com; prior experience in order-to-cash collections, B2B collections, accounts receivable, or cash application preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and good knowledge of MS Office required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in collections and credit environment, strong analytical skills, and ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and reach targets and deadlines on time.
