Our team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Collections Management professional to join our organization. This role will be responsible for managing multiple portfolios, collecting past due invoices, and resolving disputes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect on past due invoices and invalid deductions via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer queries related to disputed invoices in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze and research disputes and deductions in our ERP system to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain supporting documents and information for dispute resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize collections strategy.
  • Provide daily reporting of individual portfolio performance to track and supervise past dues.
  • Implement effective collections strategies to reduce past due balances and minimize adverse customer impact.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external partner inquiries promptly and professionally.
