Collections Representative

We are looking for a professional to manage all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes. This role involves the collection of invoices and managing all related processes, including dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collection of invoices and management of all related processes
  • Dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration
  • Effective communication and support of collection goals, while providing quality customer service
  • Pursuit of knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts

Responsibilities also include following up with various departments to get supporting documents/info for dispute/deductions resolution, handling, trouble shooting, and resolving recurring or occasional bottlenecks, and effectively communicating and supporting the collection goals, while providing quality customer service.

Requirements:
  • B.Com Graduation
  • Relevant work experience
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to learn ERP systems
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel
  • Good conceptual knowledge and experience in tax activities preferred
