Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) collection efforts.
  • Deliver top-notch customer support while effectively resolving collection-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of international experience is required, specifically in collections (B2B, B2C) and voice processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
