Job Description:

Genpact is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Cash and Collections domain. This role involves overseeing entire order-to-cash processes, including manual, consolidated, and automated invoices. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of cash-related activities and dispute management.

Responsibilities:
. Resolve people issues and maintain low attrition rates
. Spearhead processes to achieve business targets for the Business Unit
. Lead all activities related to Cash and Collections domain
. Balance cash collection and dispute management while implementing strategies
. Interact with end customers via calls and emails to collect overdue amounts
. Meet collections numbers/targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
. Manage customer and country/regional Financial Directors through email, fax, and conference calls
. Handle dispute balancing related to invoice, cash, and collection issues
. Participate in conference calls with Country/Regional Financial Managers and governance meetings at country/region level
. Collaborate with team members to meet deliverables and motivate them to develop process standards
. Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
. Communicate effectively with internal departments for issue resolution
. Drive daily and weekly cash and Collections targets
. Maintain a good understanding of key critical metrics like Days to Collect, Collection Efficiency, Unallocated Cash, and Unapplied Cash
