**Business Loan Collections Manager**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business loan collections team. As a seasoned collections expert, you will develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies to achieve recovery targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of collection officers
  • Fostering a culture of excellence within the team
  • Ensuring all collection activities comply with legal and company policies

You will analyze collection data and metrics to identify trends, forecast potential delinquencies, and adjust strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will prepare and present regular reports on collection performance to senior management.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to resolve complex collection cases. Building strong relationships with clients to negotiate effective repayment plans is also crucial.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the business loan collection process, regulatory guidelines, and legal frameworks specific to the NBFC sector. Proficiency in using collection management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is necessary.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in business loan collections
  • Significant portion of experience in a managerial or leadership role within an NBFC
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
