  • We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our collections team as a Management Trainee.
About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical skills. As a Collection Representative, you will be responsible for managing all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes.

  1. Collect invoices and manage all related processes including dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration.
  2. Effectively communicate and support the collection goals while providing quality customer service.
  3. Actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
