Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Record to Report team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our organization and contribute to our success.

  • Lead a large R2R team and handle month end, quarter end year-end preparation, ensuring smooth execution and timely closure of books.
  • Ensure all month end activities are completed within agreed time and of the highest quality, meeting KPIs and SLAs targets as applicable.
  • Handle aligned processes - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations.
  • Ensure client happiness and successful external & internal audits.

Requirements:

  • CA/CMA qualified with a B.Com degree at graduation level.
  • Relevant work experience in General Ledger.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.
