Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Team Leader/Manager located in Gurugram. The Collection Team Leader/Manager will oversee the debt collection process, manage and lead the collection team, analyze and report on collection performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with customers, developing collection strategies, and providing leadership and training to team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Finance skills
  • Experience in Debt Collection and Customer Service
  • Proven Team Leadership and management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Experience in financial services or related industry is a plus
  • Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
